We are looking for a candidate who wants to teach, learn and has a great attitude. This Role is for someone who is already proficient in controlling a kitchen and is interested in developing in the areas of time management, productivity, and leadership.
The Zaxby's Kitchen Manager provides excellent leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused. He/She will exercise knowledge of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, provide counsel, develop and coach staff and ensure adherence to our operating standards. He or she will be instrumental in building and maintaining a healthy culture, where people thrive and grow in a positive workplace environment.

*Coordinate the back-of-house operations

*Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

*Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible

*Organize and supervise the kitchen
*Monitor compliance with State Law and Steritech, sanitation, safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures
*Control costs and minimize waste

*Training, developing and motivating staff
*Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
*Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
*Works to ensure drive-thru goals are achieved and maintained.
*Provides performance feedback and recognition to all team members on an ongoing and timely basis with a coaching style.
*Complete online training (Zaxbys University) and maintain 100% completion.
*Servsafe Certified (preferred but not required)
